Regional Transit Guide Wins Award

At GPCOG's Annual Meeting on May 26, 2010, the PACTS Transit Committee was presented with a Regional ReCOGnition Award for the creation of the Regional Transit Guide. Sara Trafton, incoming Chairperson of the PACTS Transit Committee, accepted the award on behalf of the Transit Committee.

PACTS and GPCOG worked together with the region's transit providers to complete this comprehensive transit guide which includes route map and schedule information for the Greater Portland Transit District (METRO), South Portland City Bus, ShuttleBus/ZOOM, Casco Bay Island Transit District and the Amtrak Downeaster. The Guide gets updated and reprinted quarterly.
