PACTS will accept public comments at our offices at 68 Marginal Way – 4th Floor in Portland, ME 04101 in writing, via email at ceppich@pactsplan.org , or fax (207-774-7149) on the amended TIP within 15 days of the date of this notice.   The MPO public participation process satisfies each of the providers’ public participation requirements for the Program of Projects (POP).
