Overview
PACTS has five standing committees and, currently, one subcommittee. You may learn more about the structure and roles of these committees by clicking on the links below. There are three primary documents that govern the PACTS process and the allocation of federal and state funds for transportation investments through the PACTS process: (1) the transportation improvement program (TIP), (2) by-laws, and (3) biennial work plan.
