TIP Amendment for Washington Ave, Cumberland to Congress Street Project

As required by FHWA, PACTS is requesting an amendment to the PACTS 2018-2019-2020-2021 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) as follows:

Amendment to WIN 022134.00, Portland, Washington Avenue

PACTS is requesting an amendment to the PACTS 2018-2019-2020-2021 TIP by adding funding to the Right-of-Way phase and Construction, and Construction Engineering phases and associated funding to the Washington Avenue project as indicated in the funding table below. Funding for the Preliminary Engineering phase has occurred.

MaineDOT in conjunction with PACTS is responsible for listing all transportation projects where federal transportation funding will be expended. PACTS is seeking public comments to amend the FY 2018-2019-2020-2021 TIP by modifying this project’s details and funding to match the information above.

PACTS will accept public comments on the amended TIP at our offices in writing, by email, or by fax. The comment period is open for 10 days beginning today (date of posting 3/27/18)
