Transportation Improvement Plan Amendment

PACTS is amending our 2016/17/18/19 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) to add $150,000 ($112,500 federal and $37,500 local) for PACTS to conduct a full condition assessment of our 226 miles of collector roads.

MaineDOT in conjunction with PACTS is responsible for listing all transportation projects where federal transportation funding will be expended. PACTS is seeking public comments to amend the FY 2016-2019 STIP by modifying this project’s details and funding to match the information above.

PACTS will accept public comments on the amended TIP at our offices in writing, by email, or by fax. The comment period is open for 10 days beginning today (date of posting 5/30/17)

This public notice is being placed to satisfy the intent of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 23: Highways, Part 450.00, Subpart B, and Section 450.210 – “Interested parties, public participation, and consultation” and per PACTS Public Participation Plan (PPP).
